Logan had been really enjoying his 2014 C7 Corvette, but thought more power, responsiveness and sound couldn’t hurt. He approached FRANJO SPEED to discuss options and after considering several approaches including supercharging, decided that keeping the direct injection V8 normally aspirated–but improving power through better breathing–was in order. A Comp Cams camshaft, Beehive valve springs, Dynatech Long tube headers and high flow cats, and a Halltech cold air induction system combined to make this normally aspirated C7 flow a lot more air. When custom tuned with HP Tuners software on FRANJO SPEED’s All Wheel Drive chassis dynamometer, Logan’s C7 picked up 40 RWHP. Plus, the camshaft, long tube headers and high flow cats provided just the sound he was hoping for.
