1956 Ford F100 Truck

When Dave bought his ’56 Resto-mod’d truck, he took delivery of it at our shop so that we could give it a thorough inspection. Other than a few minor issues, the truck was a nicely done, tasteful restomod in excellent condition. Still, Dave thought it could be a little more peppy and interesting. After listening to what he had in mind, we settled on replacing the single, smallish 4-barrel carb with a Holley Tri-Power setup that included three 2-barrel Holly carburetors and a Weiand dual plane medium rise intake manifold. Add to that a custom-made, polished aluminum radiator with dual Spal electric fans and all new MSD ignition components and plug wires, and what started as an okay driving classic truck is now a responsive, fun-to-drive sport truck. For improved stance, we swapped out his ill-fitting, generic 5-spoke wheels for custom 2-piece American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels paired with Nitto Invo luxury sport tires.
